Brands supported within the *Metals* segment include: Alumicor, EFCO, Linetec, and Tubelite. *Position Summary* - Anodize samples program management. This person will manage the standard anodize and paint sample inventory/program for Apogee Architectural Metals, primarily supporting the Linetec and Tubelite brands. In addition to this main role, this person will support other needs within the Marketing and Samples departments. *Key Responsibilities* Manage anodize sample program inventory Keep a recorded inventory of all anodize sample colors Keep a recorded inventory of all sample labels Maintain a safety stock of finished samples Clean, label and sleeve all anodize samples Color check anodize samples Place orders for sample restocking Manage timing for restocks to ensure safety stock is not depleted Place internal orders with Inside Sales for more finished stock Place external orders for sample labels, as needed Paint Samples Punch, label and sleeve all paint samples as the sample department reorders stock Other Duties Assist in other Marketing/Samples related duties, such as organizing literature, closing out sample shipping orders in Epicor, and other tasks as prioritized by Supervisor/Manager. *Experience & Skills* Education: High school diploma or equivalent Required Skills: Basic math and reading skills required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment *Work Environment/Travel Requirements* Exposure to manufacturing environment and noise Extended periods of office work on a computer and in team meetings Physical Requirements Ability to work in both office and manufacturing environments Lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally Movements include squat lifting, bilateral carrying, pushing, and pulling This position has no travel requirements Our Benefits We care about and invest in our employees.
