Quality Technician- Fluid Test Lab

• Perform transformer oil sampling and testing to meet quality and industry standards.

• Evaluate test results and generate reports aligned with IEEE standards and customer requirements.

• Maintain lab documentation in compliance with ISO 9001 and support 5S initiatives.

• Ensure lab instruments are calibrated and functioning properly.

• Monitor and manage inventory of lab equipment and spare parts.

• Contribute to the development of lab procedures and safety assessments.

• Identify and recommend improvements in lab operations.

• Collaborate with quality engineers to address anomalies and ensure product excellence.

• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

• Associate degree or technical diploma in Electrical, Electronic, or Chemical disciplines.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a chemical lab or handling chemical products.

• Prior experience in a quality technician or inspector role in a production environment.

• Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and quality control practices.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical procedures.

• Proficiency in documentation and basic lab instrumentation.
