This position follows a hybrid schedule with three in-office days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Perform advanced data analysis on eligibility, claims, accumulators, COB, and benefits data to surface trends, anomalies, and actionable insights that improve cost, quality, and member experience
  • AI Builder scope: use AI/ML for auto mapping to FHIR/USCDI, drift/anomaly detection (volume, schema, submitter behavior), data quality scoring, and auto remediation (quarantine/replay/schema fix) for self healing pipelines
  • Translate complex findings into clear narratives and executive visuals; socialize recommendations and measure impact (e.g., reduced pends/denials, faster eligibility resolution, improved HEDIS measure performance)
  • Maintain compliance and privacy best practices (HIPAA/PHI/PII), align with Global Governance guidance, and follow responsible AI standards (monitoring, bias checks, human in the loop)

Required Qualifications:



  • 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a focus on analyzing and interpreting complex data to improve business processes and performance
  • 3+ years of experience developing and optimizing SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions using SQL Server (Version 2016 or higher), T- SQL, Visual Studio (Version 2016 or higher)
  • 3+ years of experience with analytics visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • 3+ years of experience with eligibility, claims, and benefits data, including business rules and compliance requirements
  • 3+ years of experience with analytical cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks) and best practices for PHI/PII security and governance
  • 1+ years of experience in requirements gathering, data mapping, and documentation techniques



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience with Azure Suite tools
  • Knowledge of data governance, data security, and privacy best practices
  • Familiarity with data modeling and ETL/ELT processes
  • Familiarity with FHIR/USCDI standards and clinical data normalization.
  • Exposure to AI/ML concepts for anomaly detection, data quality scoring, and automated remediation; ability to leverage AI enabled tools for mapping and workflow automation
  • Background in the healthcare industry



Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
