Incident Management (IcM) is a mission critical service in Azure CXP. It is the One Incident Management System for all Microsoft services, the cornerstone of our efforts to enable every Microsoft service team to efficiently manage incidents and keep services healthy. IcM is looking for a Software Engineer who loves technological challenges and problem solving, is excited about online services, cloud computing, data processing and AI, and is passionate about making better software while continuously improving the development process. We need anengineerwho is a self-starter and likes to learn every day. As a member of our team, you will participate in all stages of our engineering lifecycle - from initial research and discovery, quick iteration on promising concepts, solution prototyping, designing, and delivering features end to end - including system architecture, code, deployment, scale, performance, and quality,all the way through successful service rollout andlive site support. You will have ample opportunities and scope to demonstrate your technical abilities.
ResponsibilitiesDesigns, develops, tests, operates, and maintains services for Microsoft Incident Response and Management.Collaborates with cross-functional teams to define, design, test and ship new features.Ensures and improves the engineering fundamentals of the services and applications, including security, reliability, performance, compliance, accessibility, etc.Embodies our culture and values. |
