As a Senior Technical Program Manager - Azure, you will lead and drive large scale cloud capacity growth and product availability across the world to enable customer success. You will play a pivotal role in enabling customers to operate at scale while meeting the cloud promises of security, quality, high availability, privacy, compliance and data residency. You will partner with engineering teams across Azure to define strategy, align roadmaps and deliver accelerated growth for customers and Azure. ResponsibilitiesYou'll lead strategic programs to accelerate Azure growth driving scalability and efficiency through automation across Microsoft cloud services.You'll partner with Software Engineering to design technical solutions across feature areas. You'll also identify risks and propose data-based mitigations.You'll define success criteria and create relationships for implementing features for complex cross-functional projects. You'll own the delivery of complex, cross-team initiatives that span multiple divisions with clarity and purpose.You'll deliver on roadmap for multiple feature groups, track project schedules, develop staging and implementation plan, and manage governance programs, track and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of program milestones.You will drive continuous improvements to deliver efficiency and time to market improvement. You'll also lead teams to partner with other departments to collect performance metrics, drive customer support, and lead direct customer engagements.Define program vision, strategy, and execution plans in collaboration with cloud service partner teams across Microsoft.Build and manage program-level dashboards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring leadership visibility and data-driven decision-making. | |
