Overview

This position is responsible for expanding Woolpert's Water Infrastructure business, including stormwater, water supply, collection & distribution, asset management & condition assessment, and coastal engineering services.



Responsibilities

As the Program Director at Woolpert, you will:

    Ignite Growth: Expand Woolpert's stormwater, water supply, collection & distribution, asset management & condition assessment, and coastal engineering service.
  • Inspire Teams: Lead and mentor passionate professionals, cultivating a high-performing team ready to tackle complex challenges.
  • Drive Results: Lead business development efforts with Federal, state, and local agencies in the East
  • Elevate Impact: Represent Woolpert as a thought leader at industry events, conferences, and client-centric engagements, while developing visionary solutions tailored to client needs.


Qualifications

  • A Passion for Excellence: A BA/BS in Civil, Biosystems, or Environmental Engineering/Science (MA/MS preferred) and 10-12+ years of related experience.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Proven success in business development and client relationship management, particularly with in the East.
  • Innovative Leadership: A PE license (preferred), advanced technical expertise, and a proactive approach to leveraging new technologies.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Experience building and leading high-performing teams and driving consensus across stakeholders.
  • Results Orientation: Strong problem-solving skills, negotiation expertise, and the ability to drive projects to exceed client expectations.
  • Travel: Must be able to travel (25-50%) as required to meet the needs and demands of the Market.
