Rosen Aviation was founded in 2002. Our business builds the software and hardware that is utilized in cabins throughout the business jet industry from Gulfstream and Cessna to Embraer and Bombardier, even Boeing. We are headquartered in beautiful Eugene, Oregon.


Position Summary:


Manage Kitting of Production work orders, warehouse accuracy and organization. Receiving of all products, materials, and supplies in a production environment. Inspects parts and documentation entering or leaving the organization as required to ensure conformance to Purchase orders and requirements.


Desired Results:



  • Receiving of parts/products timely and accurately
  • Loading and unloading of pallet and/or crates from truck
  • Generate Production Work Orders and kitting of materials
  • Warehouse organization
  • Maintains inventory accuracy and traceability through cycle counts and attention to detail
  • Communicate effectively with other operational groups

Requirements

Qualifications and Critical Skills:



  • High school diploma
  • Time and self-management
  • Ability to Read, Write and communicate effectively in English.
  • Ability to obtain forklift certification (On site Training)
  • Knowledge of proper use of hand tools
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide into all units of measure
  • A positive outlook, energetic disposition, willingness to accept change and a desire to continually improve

Physical, Ergonomic and Environmental Considerations:



  • Primarily works in a factory environment with constant exposure to noise, chemicals and machinery
  • Constantly positions self to ship and inspect parts
  • Operates a computer and other office productivity machinery
  • Occasionally exposed to hazardous chemicals
  • Occasionally moves material and parts typically weighing up to 50 pounds from inspection to production floor.
