Molex is hiring a Group Product Manager to lead Molex's global portfolio of ICM products. You will craft and execute the product-line strategy, champion new product introductions, and lead a team to deliver profitable growth.

What You Will Do

Portfolio & Growth Strategy

  • Own the longrange product roadmap-segment sizing, competitive landscape, TAM/SAM analysis, and pricing strategy.
  • Identify whitespace opportunities (e.g., 2.5GbE/PoE++ ICMs) and create business cases that meet IRR/ROI targets.

New Product Development

  • Act as Product Owner in the PLC process: voiceofcustomer, MRD/PRD creation, feature tradeoffs, and gate reviews.
  • Partner with Engineering and Operations to ensure launch readiness (cost, manufacturability, regulatory compliance).

Commercial Excellence

  • Drive regional demand planning and channel programs; optimize mix in distribution vs. direct.
  • Support key designwins at OEMs via solution positioning, valueselling, and collateral.

Cross Functional Leadership

  • Align Sales, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, and Quality on costreduction, inventory, and servicelevel goals.
  • Represent the product line in quarterly business reviews and annual strategy cycles.

People Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers while applying Principle Based Management

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related discipline.
  • 5+years combined experience in product management and/or design engineering for ICM, discrete Ethernet magnetics, or magnetic components focused on signal integrity, EMI, or EMC.
  • Demonstrated ownership of full productlifecycle-from concept through endoflife-with annual revenue accountability.
  • Proficiency with global distribution channels (ecatalog, broadline, and EMS/ODM fulfillment models).
  • Strong financial acumen: P&L literacy, pricing elasticity, and businesscase modelling.
  • Proven ability to lead crossfunctional teams and influence without authority.
  • Willingness to travel up to25% globally.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Prior experience at one or more key competitors (PulseElectronics, BelFuse, Wurth, MagLayer, U&T, Bourns, etc.).
  • MBA or equivalent business certification.
  • Mandarin or other Asian language proficiency.

For this role, we anticipate paying $150,000-$200,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
