Here's what you'd do:

• Key responsibilities include resolving member inquiries, managing card statuses and orders, detecting and preventing fraud, performing file maintenance, processing member requests through workflow systems, handling account adjustments and reconciliations, and performing other critical tasks essential to the success of our card programs.
• Provides phone support in our General Servicing queue to front-line team members and other departments across the organization that need department-specific assistance, and assists members directly when appropriate.
• Processes all general servicing debit and credit card requests submitted via various department workflows.
• Learns and gains confidence in understanding, navigating, and leveraging our core platforms and systems across both the organizational and departmental levels.
• Verifies, reviews, and takes appropriate action(s) on automated member debit and credit fraud alerts.
• Assists with concerns regarding various debit and credit card statuses, such as activations, blocks, and restrictions.
• Assists with debit and credit card orders, including new and replacement cards, tracking information, and any other aspects pertaining to card orders.
• Provides support with dual verification tasks and responsibilities required for daily card production.
• Learns and maintains an understanding of the daily production processes.
• Gains competencies with periodic production processes such as Monthly Reissues, Compromised Account Maintenance (CAM) cards, and Corporate Cards.
• Runs card production as business and staffing needs require.
• Assists with card production documentation, card inventory, supply management, and recurring machine maintenance critical to production operations.
• Establish a general understanding of debit and credit card regulations, including but not limited to Reg E, Reg Z, Visa Regulations, Network Regulations, and any other applicable regulations that directly or indirectly impact our daily operations and responsibilities.
• Builds knowledge of payments, payment characteristics, and card transaction data.
• Provides basic support for general/supplemental fraud and dispute claims tasks if necessary.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Pay: $16.92 - $18.02/hr.

Hours: 40 hours/week.

Length: Temp (3 Months).
