Position Purpose The Product Owner serves as a strategic leader, driving product vision, development, and execution across multiple teams. This role bridges the gap between business strategy and technical delivery, ensuring products deliver exceptional value to customers while aligning with corporate objectives.
Position Responsibilities
- Develop and champion product strategy, roadmap, and priorities in alignment with enterprise goals
- Serve as the voice of the customer-identify pain points, translate feedback into actionable insights, and prioritize solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact product features
- Own product backlog and oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of initiatives from concept to release
- Collaborate with stakeholders across technology, marketing, operations, and analytics
- Define and monitor KPIs to measure product success
- Mentor colleagues and contribute to organizational best practices in product management
Minimum Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, or related field
- 3-7 years of experience in product management or digital product leadership roles
- Proven track record of building and scaling digital products in complex environments
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Experience with product analytics platforms and user experience design tools
- Financial services, enterprise SaaS, or customer software domain knowledge
- Certifications such as CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, or PMP
Technical Knowledge and Skills
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks relevant to the industry

Working Arrangements
- This is a remote opportunity, operating on East Coast hours.
Compensation
- Base Salary Range: Final determination of where you are at in the salary range is based on numerous factors such as relevant experience, skill set, education, and ability to meet qualifications within the job description.
- Additional Compensation: This role will include a yearly annual target bonus based on individual performance.
