About the Team

Our Specialty Clinic team delivers integrated, patient-centered care in OB/GYN, infertility, and women's health services. We work closely with Family Medicine, Maternal-Fetal Medicine, and Reproductive Endocrinology providers to ensure every patient receives seamless, compassionate, and individualized care.

Mission for Position

Provide comprehensive case management, education, and clinical support to enhance maternal health, reproductive care, and women's health outcomes across all stages of life.

Duties & Responsibilities



  • Provide comprehensive case management for OB/GYN and infertility patients, including prenatal, postpartum, high-risk pregnancy, and gynecological care.
  • Coordinate care between patients, providers, and community resources to ensure seamless, patient-centered services.
  • Deliver direct clinical support such as non-stress tests (NSTs), IV hydration, medication management, infertility treatment monitoring, surgical preparation, and post-procedure education.
  • Manage EHR in-basket tasks, medication refills, patient messages, and results to ensure timely follow-up and documentation.
  • Perform phone triage with empathy and clinical accuracy, answering patient questions and coordinating next steps.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medication use, self-care, and condition management.
  • Schedule and coordinate diagnostic testing, specialty referrals, procedures, and follow-up appointments.
  • Monitor and support patients with pregnancy complications including gestational diabetes, hypertension, and preeclampsia.
  • Ensure compliance with ACOG and ASRM guidelines for maternal, infertility, and gynecological care.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement protocols that improve patient safety, quality, and satisfaction.
  • Mentor and provide specialty-specific training to nursing staff to promote consistent, high-quality care delivery.



Position Type



  • Full-Time, Day Shift
  • Monday-Friday schedule with occasional flexibility based on patient needs.

Qualifications

Qualifications



  • Graduate from an accredited Registered Nursing Program.
  • Current and valid MN RN Licensure.
  • Current BLS Healthcare Provider certification.



Ideal Candidate



  • Minimum of 2 years OB experience required.
  • Prior clinic experience in EHR in-basket management and OB/GYN or infertility patient care.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Demonstrates attention to detail in patient care.
  • Communicates with compassion and clarity.
  • Adapts quickly to changing patient needs.
  • Skill proficiency with monitoring NST strips and medication administration.
