Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Part-Time individual to join our Contract Administration team as an Administrative Assistant.

Job Summary: The Part-Time Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Contract Administration department with data entry and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining contract-related data in our systems, ensuring data integrity and supporting the administrative functions of the department. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, has a keen eye for detail, and is eager to learn about contract management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

    Accurately enter and update contract data into the company's database and management systems.
  • Review and verify contract information for completeness and accuracy.
  • Assist in maintaining and organizing electronic and physical contract files.
  • Support the preparation and distribution of form documents and correspondence.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
  • One year or more of relevant experience, whether in employment or during attendance at an educational institution. Experience in data entry or an administrative assistant role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Working Hours:

  • Flexible part-time schedule, up to 29 hours per week.
