Position Summary Acuren is recruiting for a Business Development Coordinator at our Cincinnati, OH location. The Business Development Coordinator will play a pivotal role in driving growth by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing opportunities across the Testing, Inspection, Certification, and Compliance (TICC) sector. This position will leverage multiple lead sources-including inbound inquiries, industry databases, outbound prospecting, partnerships, trade events, and digital channels-to support the sales team in achieving revenue targets. The role requires strong organizational skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to coordinate effectively between marketing, sales, and operations. Source new business opportunities through multiple lead channels (CRM data, industry-specific databases, inbound marketing leads, referral networks, trade shows, LinkedIn, HUB SPOT, and other digital platforms).
