We're seeking anExecutive Chefwith proven experience in both cafe operations and high-quality catering to lead a dynamic, medium-to-high volume program. In this Monday-Friday role, you'll design inspired menus, lead a talented kitchen team, and execute events that showcase creativity, seasonality, and the Wolfgang Puck standard of excellence. What You'll Do Lead all culinary operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation for cafe service and catering events Craft seasonal menus that blend creativity with cost efficiency Manage purchasing, inventory, and vendor relationships Drive operational excellence with a strong focus on safety, sanitation, and team development Collaborate with marketing and culinary leadership to roll out innovative programs What We're Looking For Culinary degree preferred 3-5+ years of culinary management experience in both cafe and catering settings Strong background in high-volume production and event execution Proven ability to manage budgets and cost controls without sacrificing quality A passion for leadership, innovation, and the art of hospitality Apply to Wolfgang Puck today!
