The Legal Intern is responsible for supporting the Legal & Compliance Department at a high level while learning about the various roles and responsibilities across the company (i.e., contracting, regulation, corporate governance, etc.).

Our Legal Interns:



  • Contract Review: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing various types of contracts and agreements.
  • Research Projects: Conduct legal research on various topics, including data privacy and use, AI use, effect of contractual language, and other matters. Provide written summaries and reports on research findings.
  • Workflow Update Project: Assist in drafting and updating workflow documents for contract review, NDAs, etc.
  • Approved Language Update Project: Assist in revising approved contract language and sample provision guide; revise for modern, clear language.
  • Other projects as assigned.


Education and Experience Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year US College or University, or international equivalent.
  • Current enrollment in ABA-approved US Law School.


What we look for:



  • Read, analyze, and interpret legal documents.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to type 40 words per minute.
  • Proficient computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Intermediate skills using MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to read and write in German, Mandarin Chinese, Spanish, and/or Portuguese a plus.


Physical Requirements:



  • Must have ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
  • Must have ability to type and use computer screens.
