Lead IT Finance with Impact
You'll own the financial strategy behind our IT portfolio-ensuring every dollar spent drives value and business results.
  • Own Planning & Forecasting: Develop and manage IT budgets, forecasts, and models that align spending with strategy.
  • Deliver Actionable Insights: Track IT spending, identify savings opportunities, and provide variance analysis to leadership.
  • Guide Investment Decisions: Support business cases, ROI reporting, and capital allocation across IT projects.
  • Drive Compliance & Accuracy: Partner with Corporate Accounting on monthly close, accruals, and adjusting entries.
  • Support IT Leaders: Review results with executives and provide clear, data-driven recommendations.
Deliver Results in a Strategic Role
Your work ensures IT resources are optimized, compliant, and positioned for long-term business growth.
  • Track Portfolio Performance: Monitor KPIs, spending trends, and investment outcomes for IT initiatives.
  • Analyze & Report: Create financial models and ad-hoc reports to evaluate major business initiatives.
  • Optimize Vendor Value: Partner with IT vendor owners to ensure cost-effectiveness and SLA compliance.
  • Prioritize Projects: Collaborate with business units to align IT initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Mitigate Risks: Identify financial risks tied to IT investments and propose strategies to address them.
Bring the Expertise That Shapes IT Finance
This role requires a strong financial foundation, IT portfolio fluency, and leadership to influence decisions across the enterprise.
  • Industry Experience: 8+ years in FP&A with budgeting, forecasting, and modeling, including 4+ years supporting IT organizations.
  • Education & Credentials: Bachelor's in Finance, Business Administration, or related field required. PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred.
  • Skills & Tools: Strong financial acumen, IT governance knowledge, and proficiency with tools like Microsoft Project, Clarity, or Planview.
  • Leadership & Influence: Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage relationships, and communicate insights with clarity.

The salary range listed is based on the geographic zone associated with this role:San Rafael, CA. Starting pay will be determined by job-related factors including experience, education, and business needs and may be modified at any time.

Zone 1: $160,000 - $185,000

This job is also eligible for participation in an Incentive Plan with a target payout based on eligible compensation and corporate/individual performance goal attainment.
Annual Incentive Opportunity: 15% of eligible compensation
