What You'll Do as Associate Accounts Payable Coordinator This role ensures that vendor invoices and payables are processed accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with company standards. Maintain Accuracy & Efficiency - Support timely processing of invoices, statements, and payables with high attention to detail. Manage Vendor Records - Create and maintain accurate vendor information while coding invoices to the correct accounts. Resolve Discrepancies - Assist in clearing issues such as debit memos, discrepancies, and reconciliations while escalating as needed. Support Timely Payments - Follow up on open items to ensure payments are completed on schedule. Collaborate with Partners - Communicate professionally with vendors, agents, and internal teams to resolve inquiries. What We're Looking for in an Associate Accounts Payable Coordinator The ideal candidate brings accuracy, customer service, and teamwork skills to deliver reliable results in a fast-paced environment. Education - A high school diploma or equivalent with some college-level math or accounting coursework is required; an associate degree in accounting, business, or a related field is preferred. Experience - At least 1 year of experience in accounts payable or a related role is preferred. Skills & Knowledge - Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes, accuracy in data entry, and the ability to perform basic math are essential. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong communication skills, confidentiality, and ten key by touch (35 WPM) are also required.
