(higher rates for candidates with 4+ years of commercial insurance sales experience) What You'll Do: Sell and service commercial insurance policies, including property, liability, and workers' compensation Analyze risks, recommend solutions, and maintain accurate sales records Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client inquiries efficiently Thrive in a fast-paced insurance sales environment while achieving sales goals What We're Looking For: 3-4 years of experience in commercial insurance sales Active Commercial Insurance License Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM software experience a plus Positive, goal-driven attitude and passion for helping clients succeed Why Join Us?
