PASTRY COOK II - Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa (Hotel) - The pastry department is a high profile area in that it is the last part of a meal that a guest will have, this can leave the guest with a positive or negative lasting impression of the hotel. At times, the workload can be tremendous and the qualified pastry cook must be prepared for this.

What you will be doing: Other duties may be assigned.

• Prepare tasteful and appealing desserts for the restaurant, banquets and on occasion the Mesa. Maintain pars on necessary items, communicate to pastry Chef any vital information.

Your experience and skills include:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • 1 Year prior pastry experience
• Must be innovative, detail oriented and quality conscious
• Must be aware of new trends in presentation and preparation
• Available to work weekends and Holidays
• Food Handlers card is a plus

Hourly Rate of $25.50
