Per Diem Employee

Job Summary

We are seeking licensed physical therapists to serve as Clinical Research Assistants for a temporary, grant-funded position through August 2025. These individuals will support the Parkinson's Foundation Community Grant Award project, Parkinson's Exercise Classes at Drexel University.

Essential Functions

• Supervising exercise class participants and DPT student volunteers, leading group exercise sessions, and assisting participants with questionnaire completion.
• All sessions will be overseen by the Principal Investigator, Robert (Bobby) Hand. - (Essential)

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a PhD or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience.

Physical Demands

• Typically standing, walking
• Typically running, climbing
• Lifting demands > 50lbs

Location

• University City - Philadelphia, PA

Additional Information

This is a Part-Time per diem position classified as Non-Exempt. The offered pay is based on the successful candidate's qualifications and experience, department budget, and an internal equity review.
