We are looking for a Hydraulic Engineer with experience in wastewater treatment design to join our team in any of our offices in Poland, giving you the opportunity to co-create with dedicated professionals on some of the most prestigious infrastructure programmes in the UK and worldwide. Working alongside the sector's foremost engineers, you'll have the opportunity to develop your career on technically challenging projects with the support of colleagues and on-going professional development activity. You'll be working on UK AMP8 Wastewater Treatment programmes which include above and below ground infrastructures and therefore would be expected to have previous experience in hydraulic assessments of that type of projects.

On a day-to-day basis, you'll be responsible for:



  • Collaborating with a multidiscipline team of engineers and technicians.
  • Working on projects from feasibility to detailed design.
  • Working closely with teams in the UK and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions.
  • Attending regular design meetings with our clients through the life cycle of the project.
  • Adhere to quality assurance standards in design.

Furthermore, you'll;



  • Have experience in a design environment working on wastewater treatment projects in the UK, ideally, or internationally.
  • Have knowledge and experience of hydraulic design of wastewater treatment plant design and pipeline design.
  • Have experience in using industry standard software such as HADES and/or Infoworks.
  • Have the inter-personal skills and aptitude to work collaboratively in a diverse multi-disciplinary team.
  • Have a good command of English, both verbal and written.
  • Be familiar with current UK design standards and working practices.
  • Experience in clean water treatment plant design would be an advantage.
