A Day in the Life of the SVP, Chief Marketing Officer:



  • Define, monitor, and report on key marketing performance metrics, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Implement robust analytical frameworks to measure campaign effectiveness, ROI, and customer lifetime value.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing spend, refine strategies, and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive to-to-market strategies for new products, services, and market expansions.
  • Collaborate closely with product development, sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless launches and market adoption.
  • Champion and evolve Astounds brand identity, voice, and messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns (digital, traditional, experiential) that drive brand awareness, consideration, and preference.
  • Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all internal and external communications.
  • Lead creative development and content strategy to engage target audiences effectively.
  • Partner with sales leadership to develop and implement marketing programs that support and accelerate sales pipeline generation and conversion.
  • Develop and manage Astounds public relations strategy, enhancing corporate reputation and managing media relations.
  • Oversee all digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and advertising.
  • Lead social media strategy, engagement, and community management to build brand advocacy and connect with target audiences.
  • Drive e-commerce strategy and performance, optimizing the online customer journey for conversion and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive customer acquisition strategies across various channels.
  • Implement robust customer retention programs to maximize customer lifetime value and reduce churn.
  • Other duties as assigned.



What You Bring to the Table:



  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (VP or higher), ideally in a similar telecommunications environment.
  • Extensive experience with marketing analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation and e-commerce platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing marketing teams.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute innovative and effective marketing strategies that drive measurable business results.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing large marketing budgets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.


Education:



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field required.

Base Compensation: The base salary range for this position is $270,000-$400,000 annually plus opportunities for bonus and benefits. The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and capabilities.
