Job Description

Residency Training Program Administration
* Prepare and maintain conference calendar and resident time-away calendar
* Track clinical experience hours for residents
* Ensure timely completion and reporting of evaluations
* Monitor and support compliance with ACGME program requirements
* Track individual resident expenses
* Coordinate and prepare semi-annual evaluations
* Organize and facilitate Clinical Competency Committee (CCC) and Program Evaluation Committee (PEC) meetings
* Organize and support special courses (e.g., skills workshops, simulations)
* Manage residency recruitment activities
* Perform additional duties as assigned to support the residency program

Otology Fellowship Program Administration
* Track evaluation completion and reporting
* Coordinate recruitment activities for the fellowship program

Medical Student Program Coordination
* Schedule rotations and manage medical student assignments
* Track and report evaluations

Clinician & Department Support
* Manage calendars and support scheduling for Departmental clinicians
* Assist with special projects as needed
* Assist with ad-hoc administrative projects to support department operations

Work Environment:
* Full-time, on-site position
* Fast-paced, team-oriented academic medical setting

Shift

Monday - Friday
8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Occasional evenings and weekends may be required.

Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
* Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Ability to learn and adapt to new software platforms
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
* Commitment to problem-solving and collaborative work
* Must be available for approximately 6-8 after-hours events per year (with advance notice)

Anticipated Hiring Range

Salary Range: $17.05 - $23.00 hourly
Grade: GGS - 007
University Title: STUDENT SUPPORT SPECIALIST II
