BASIC PURPOSE:


As the VP of Client Solutions, you will act as a critical Sales Connector and Relationship Driver, dedicated to cultivating and nurturing both long-term and short-term relationships with key industry stakeholders. Your expertise in relationship management will be instrumental in setting the stage for successful negotiations and closures of strategic Vendor Management System (VMS) and Managed Service Provider (MSP) deals.



ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS



  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations, including C-level executives, procurement teams, and operational leaders.
  • Engage in proactive outreach to identify and connect with potential clients, ensuring thorough understanding of their needs and pain points.
  • Leverage industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand your professional network and promote our value proposition.
  • Collaborate with industry associations and groups to enhance visibility and establish your presence as a trusted advisor in the VMS and MSP landscape.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs and requirements, aligning our solutions with their strategic objectives.
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to guide clients in understanding how our services can address their challenges and drive value.
  • Facilitate initial discussions and discovery sessions to outline mutual goals and expectations, ensuring all parties are aligned before formal negotiations begin.
  • In collaboration with Enterprise Sales VPs Prepare detailed proposals and presentations that clearly articulate the benefits and ROI of our solutions, tailored to the specific needs of each client.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure a seamless client experience from initial contact through implementation.
  • Provide feedback to internal stakeholders on client needs and market trends to inform product development and service enhancements.
  • Establish a clear roadmap for closing deals, including timelines, milestones, and follow-up strategies, ensuring alignment and commitment from all parties involved.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, client engagement levels, and relationship health to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION



  • Master's degree in related discipline preferred, or Bachelor's degree, preferably in Healthcare, Science or equivalent combination of education and sufficient experience to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.


  • Sales and marketing within healthcare setting; minimum eight (8) years of business development, with minimum of five (5) years of solutions sales, experience required.
  • Willingness and ability to travel 50% required.


Company equipment(laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse headset) will be provided directly to you for use during employment.
