Your Impact As the Senior Manager, People, External Workers and Environment, you will guide team members through Sourcing Events (RFx events & Direct Negotiations) of varying spend, risk levels, and complexity. Shape and implement approaches to deliver on Optimize's ESG, risk, and automation strategies across the assigned categories. You will lead the day to day of the team and be responsible for the overarching People, External Workers and Environment Global Sourcing Team vision, strategy and priorities including saving goal delivery. Additionally, drive and reinforce the development and implementation of world-class sourcing processes, principles, and KPIs for the assigned categories. Your work will help in the design and deliver of excellent sourcing experiences that include spending analysis, clean sheeting, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and cost breakdown analysis, sourcing strategy development, Product/Services requirements & features mapping, RFP Excellence, Business Case Development, and outstanding negotiation practices.
