SENIOR LABOR RELATIONS SPECIALIST CHICAGO DEPARTMENT OF AVIATION LABOR RELATIONS SECTION Number of Positions: 1 (Additional vacancies possible pending budget approval) Starting Annual Salary: $76,020.00/YEAR Applications for this position will be accepted from 7/15/25, until 11:59pm CDT on 7/29/25 The Chicago Department of Aviation is seeking a Senior Labor Relations Specialist to perform and oversee the conduct of professional labor relations work and perform related duties as assigned. * Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or a directly related field, plus three (3) years of employee relations, labor relations, industrial relations or professional personnel administration experience, OR * Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree or higher in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or a directly related field, plus two (2) years of employee relations, labor relations, industrial relations or professional personnel administration experience SELECTION REQUIREMENTS This position requires applicants to complete an interview.
