Physical Supply Chain Team
This is a 9-month, full-time (40 hours/week), on-site contract role located in Beverly Hills, CA.
Summary Join a collaborative team that supports the physical release operations of a leading entertainment company. As a Physical Release Operations Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring timely and efficient product availability by managing release schedules, supply chain logistics, and inventory tracking.
Our Ideal Candidate
- 1-3 years of experience in physical supply chain operations or inventory management
- Passion for the music or entertainment industry with a strong foundation in logistics and administration
- Proficient in supply chain systems, project tracking tools, and internal databases
- Familiar with order management systems and production workflows
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams such as supply chain, production, and external vendors
- Able to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects
- Flexible and adaptable to shifting deadlines and operational changes
- Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail
- Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented team player
Job Description
In this role, you will coordinate physical release operations and maintain supply chain accuracy.
You'll partner with internal teams and external partners to ensure asset collection, order placement, and timely delivery of physical music products. This includes:
Scheduling releases in supply chain systems
Collecting assets for preorder and new release setups (e.g., artwork, tracklists, sales blurbs)
Monitoring new release stock order status and updating internal systems
Managing catalog reorders and label-supplied purchase orders
Overseeing label product orders and providing shipment tracking
You will also support department team members and assist with other operational functions as needed to ensure team success.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience
Background in music industry operations, logistics, or production coordination is a plus

The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $25 - $29.80 per hour
