The impact you'll make

Join Lam Research as a Talent Acquisition (TA) Business Analyst who will support recruitment data, system, and operations activities. You will work closely with Recruiters, HRIS, Reporting and HR Support Teams. Our mission is to provide a positive end user experience for candidates, hiring managers and the TA team.

The successful candidate will support the TA hiring process and drive operational effectiveness through improved business or system processes using data insights to drive decisions and actions. We are looking for someone positive and flexible, who can shift gears at a moment's notice. This candidate would enjoy collaboration, being organized, demonstrating strong attention to detail, and is motivated by systems and data.

What you'll do

* Manipulate, analyze, and present Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) and Contigent Worker (CW) data insights clearly in graphs/charts using Excel and Visier tool
* Provide regular status updates and audit reports on GTA/CW metrics through multiple systems.
* Clearly document and map processes (using MS Visio) and system changes
* Research and resolve data integrity issues in the ATS/CW systems
* Drive global standard/CW hiring processes with users for compliance and efficiency
* Perform user acceptance testing from application to hire systems and identify downstream implications in SAP ATS.
* Manage and respond to GTA tickets and escalations
* Champion continuous improvement in metrics, processes, and systems using research tools to benchmark best practices and best-known methods.
* Create and present training material/videos (Camtasia/Voiceover software) to successfully launch updates to GTA processes, programs, and systems.
* Quickly learn, administer, and train team on new add-on systems that augment the ATS (Eightfold/Magnit)
* Collaborate with HRIS team to troubleshoot system and resolve issues.
* Vendor management of tools and systems that support the hiring process (i.e. Gartner, LinkedIn, Circa, Magnit)
* Manage small projects/tasks related to GTA reporting, processes, programs, and systems.

Who we're looking for

* 3-5 years of prior related experience in a fast-paced environment (GTA a plus)
* Excellent Excel skills (i.e., pivots, graphs, VLOOKUP's and formulas)
* Experience in ATS and Contingent Worker systems and databases required (SuccessFactors preferred and Visier tool a plus)
* Effective time management skills with attention to detail is a must
* Experience in project management
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
* High level of self-initiative
* Demonstrated sense of urgency with an emphasis on delivering results
* Ability to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities and demonstrated flexibility and resilience
* Proficient in Office 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories - On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
