Join Lam Research as a Talent Acquisition (TA) Business Analyst who will support recruitment data, system, and operations activities. You will work closely with Recruiters, HRIS, Reporting and HR Support Teams. Our mission is to provide a positive end user experience for candidates, hiring managers and the TA team. The successful candidate will support the TA hiring process and drive operational effectiveness through improved business or system processes using data insights to drive decisions and actions. We are looking for someone positive and flexible, who can shift gears at a moment's notice. This candidate would enjoy collaboration, being organized, demonstrating strong attention to detail, and is motivated by systems and data. What you'll do
* Manipulate, analyze, and present Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) and Contigent Worker (CW) data insights clearly in graphs/charts using Excel and Visier tool Who we're looking for
* 3-5 years of prior related experience in a fast-paced environment (GTA a plus) Our commitment

Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories - On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week.
