The impact you'll make

We are seeking a results-driven professional to lead RCCA and PS&DMP teams in identifying root causes of excess inventory and recommending process improvements to prevent recurrence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in cross-functional collaboration and is passionate about driving impactful change in support of business growth. This role will have a high-profile presence within the deposition product group (DPG) and will contribute to the Inventory Program Management and culture through knowledge, leadership and influence within the company; ultimately delivering required improvement to our valued customers and internal function.

What you'll do

Lead investigations into excess inventory by analyzing initial material purchase conditions and subsequent business or design changes.

Assess current processes related to engineering stock purchasing and management.

Recommend and implement process improvements to optimize material purchasing and inventory control.

Identify trends across multiple investigations to support data-driven decision-making.

Present findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadership.

Who we're looking for

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience or equivalent experience.
3+ years of leadership experience, including managing cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives.

5+ years of experience with Lam SAP, purchasing, inventory, and engineering design processes.

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex root causes and processes clearly.

Proven ability to manage multiple investigations independently and collaboratively.

Experience leading RCCA and PS&DMP teams; completion of 8D Practitioner and PS&DM Workshops.

Proficient in Excel.

Preferred qualifications

Experience in Semiconductor fabrication, Semiconductor Equipment Operations, or related industries is a plus.

Experience in thesemiconductor equipment industryor other capital equipment sectors

Proven experience managinglarge-scale budgets and conducting financial forecasting and variance analysis.

Understanding of Lam products, POA (Product Option Architecture) and BOM (Bill of Material) is preferred

Program and project management experience

Experience in structured problem-solving methodologies and efficient execution

Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories - On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
