Alumni Affairs and Constituent Relations Job Description
This position serves as the primary front-facing representative of the Miner Alumni Association (MAA) and Hasselmann Alumni House. As the first point of contact for alumni, campus partners, and visitors, the role is responsible for delivering a professional and welcoming experience that reflects the values of Missouri S&T. The incumbent provides direct assistance through in-person interactions, phone, and email, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries. By serving as a central resource for alumni engagement and campus connection, this position plays a critical role in fostering positive relationships and advancing the mission of the MAA. Key Responsibilities:
Shift
Some nights and weekends will be required. Normal workday is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Minimum Qualifications
An Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 1 year of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications
2-3 years of executive office management experience in a fast-paced environment. Anticipated Hiring Range
The anticipated hiring range for this position has been established as $17.05-$22.91 hourly. Salary is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the individual's particular combination of education, skills, and experience, as well as organizational requirements.
