As a Shuttle Operations Associate, you'll play a vital role in moving vehicles and employees between cargo ports and storage yards while maintaining safety, efficiency, and top-notch service. Lead Shuttle Operations with Confidence You'll be on the frontlines of daily operations, keeping vehicles and employees where they need to be. Transport Vehicles & Staff: Shuttle cars and employees between cargo ports and storage yards with efficiency and care. Inspect Vehicles: Check for damage before and after transport, ensuring accurate documentation. Keep Records Accurate: Maintain logs of shuttle activities, schedules, and vehicle conditions. Support Team Efficiency: Collaborate with colleagues to streamline routes and operations. Operate Safely: Follow all safety regulations and protocols during every trip. Deliver Service That Keeps Operations Moving Your reliability ensures schedules stay on track and customers receive excellent service. Ensure Timely Delivery: Shuttle vehicles and people on schedule to support cargo operations. Address Issues Quickly: Report delays, maintenance needs, or safety concerns immediately. Maintain Vehicles: Perform routine checks on shuttle vans and transport vehicles. Provide Excellent Service: Interact with customers and team members in a professional, courteous manner. Education & Credentials: High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and TWIC card required. Experience: At least 2 years of related driving or transport experience. Driving Skills: Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles. Professional Strengths: Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills, with a focus on reliability and accountability.
