Brief Summary of Work for this Position
The Coastal Engineering Course Assistant will support the instruction and administration of the undergraduate Engineering Statics course
Responsibilities include assisting with classroom activities, supporting student learning through office hours and tutoring, grading assignments and reports, and helping to maintain a productive and inclusive learning environment. The Coastal Engineering Course Assistant will work closely with the course instructor to ensure students receive timely feedback and guidance as they explore fundamental engineering principles and practices.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

  • Graduate from a 4-year college with a concentration in engineering, or related area
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Commitment to supporting student success
