About the role:

The Finance Applications Lead, CDI will play a key role within our IT function, supporting the Consumer Centric Transformation (ConCenT) initiative. This role focuses on continuously improving financial processes across CDI and leading transformational projects within the financial system landscape. You will report to the Senior IT Manager (NA Finance Solutions) while actively collaborating with CDI finance and Peace of Mind business teams.

What you'll do:

In this role, you will focus on financial process development and business transformation, leveraging your understanding of current CDI financial workflows while designing future-state experiences for ConCenT projects and enhancements.

In detail, you will:

  • Define and document business requirements while supporting product teams with financial insights during new feature development.

  • Lead testing, deployment, and change management for new or enhanced financial processes.

  • Ensure financial visibility and accuracy of CDI financial flows within ConCenT and SAP landscapes.

  • Provide leadership updates, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations for ongoing improvements.

  • Manage and engage a team of cross-functional super key users and subject matter experts to drive key project outcomes.

  • Collaborate with training teams to develop materials and programs that enable effective management of new enhancements.

  • Promote innovation, creative solutions, and process workarounds to address financial system impacts and mitigate risks.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in financial process transformation, accounting, or controlling.

  • Strong proficiency in SAP ECC Finance functions (GL, AR, AP, COPA).

  • Ability to translate complex financial requirements into clear business insights.

  • Comfortable working autonomously and in cross-functional, international teams.
