Sales Territory Manager - Airport & FBO Solutions

Location: Remote/Home Office - Must live in the North East Region (ME, VT, NH, RI, NJ, DE, MD, PA, WV, NY, MA)

About the Role:
Join World Fuel Services' dynamic Airport & FBO Solutions Sales Team, where we partner with airports and Fixed Base Operators (FBOs) to deliver exceptional service and promote a full suite of aviation solutions. As a Sales Territory Manager, you'll play a key role in expanding our presence across North America, driving growth, and ensuring our partners and clients receive industry-leading support and value.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage a multi-state territory of existing FBO partners while identifying and developing new airport opportunities
  • Champion WFS Contract Fuel, Retail, and Rewards cards as the preferred solutions in the industry
  • Build strong relationships with airports, FBOs, and major networks to position WFS as the leading contract fuel partner
  • Promote and support WFS aviation software solutions to streamline FBO operations and accounting
  • Analyze and negotiate competitive pricing to ensure WFS remains a top choice at every location
  • Identify growth opportunities across fuel programs, AVCARD, and aviation software
  • Expand and strengthen the WFS FBO network by optimizing product and service usage
  • Collaborate with the Bulk Sales Division to enhance our bulk fuel value proposition
  • Represent WFS professionally in negotiations and high-pressure situations
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
  • Conduct prospecting and outreach to uncover new opportunities and introduce WFS offerings
  • Deliver training and support to maximize product adoption and customer satisfaction
  • Drive profitability and strategic growth across all WFS airport and FBO locations in your region

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Proven negotiation skills with a focus on win-win outcomes
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Excel, CRM platforms, and virtual meeting tools

Preferred Experience:

  • 3+ years in aviation, with a strong understanding of business and general aviation customers
  • 1+ years sales experience
  • Customer service experience required
  • FBO or airport operations experience is a plus

Education:

Associate's degree or some college coursework preferred

Travel Requirements:

  • U.S.-based with regional travel
  • Ability to travel 1-2 weeks per month
  • Attendance at key industry tradeshows and events
