Description As Digital Product Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the development and optimization of digital products and services, ensuring that they meet member needs and align with Blaze's strategic objectives. This position works with multiple departments, management and vendor representatives to proactively and sustainably support our digital channels and members. Job Type: Full Time, In-office Monday-Friday Major Duties and Responsibilities Product Development:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in the development of new digital products and enhancements to existing offerings.
- Conduct research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and member pain points, informing product decisions.
- Contribute to the creation of product roadmaps and ensure alignment with business goals and member expectations.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret member data and digital product performance metrics to inform decision-making and product improvements.
- Provide regular reports on product performance, member usage patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Leverage data analytics tools to assess product effectiveness and propose actionable insights for optimization.
Member Experience & Usability:
- Work closely with product team to ensure that digital products are user-friendly, accessible, and deliver a superior member experience.
- Gather member insight from different feedback channels and conduct testing to understand pain points and areas for improvement.
Project Support:
- Support product launches by providing insights into readiness, member sentiment, and potential challenges.
- Ensure the necessary data tracking mechanisms are in place to evaluate product performance post-launch.
- Maintain detailed documentation of product requirements, technical specifications, and project testing progress.
- Share insights and findings with team members to ensure alignment and inform decision-making throughout the product/project lifecycle.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work product team, project management, technical teams, marketing, and member service to assist in smooth product launches and ongoing improvements.
- Be knowledgeable and provide guidance on product updates, features, and changes to internal teams and members effectively.

Requirements Experience/Education/Certifications/Licenses
- High School degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3 to 4 years' experience in digital product delivery, online, mobile or digital channels, preferably in the financial industry
Demonstrated Knowledge
- Demonstrated technical software proficiency
- Strong member service skills
- Detail oriented
Ability to:
- Handle multiple priorities and tasks, organize and plan

- Be flexible and adaptable in an ever changing environment
- Microsoft Office Suite; IOS, Android OS; core banking software a plus.
Communication Skills Ability to proactively respond to members/staff to problem solve based on guidelines; written communications are based on templates but can be modified. Physical Requirements Ability to sit and stand; answer calls; operate computer; interact with internal staff and public on the phone; travel to designated offices; lift up to 20lbs. Please note that the specific compensation for this role will be determined based on your experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity considerations. The salary range for this position is: $30.35 -$38.00/hour. This range reflects the base salary for this position.
