Job Description:

Cydecor is seeking an ERP Operations SME to support our Navy customer in Patuxent River, Maryland.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide a detailed analysis of financial and business processes and procedures to develop phased revisions for operational and staff components and operational procedures.
• Employ business process models, activity flows, and data models.
• Proficient using process mapping tools and has experience supporting the implementation of mission alignment concepts, change management, and transformation activities.

Here's what you need:

• An active/interim Secret security clearance
• BS/BA degree in Business Administration or other relevant technical discipline; technical training in a relevant technical discipline.
  • 6 years' additional work experience or demonstrated specialized expertise may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.
  • An Associate's Degree plus 4 years' additional work experience or demonstrated specialized expertise may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree
• At least twelve (12) years of hands-on experience in one of the following areas: Business Operations, Systems Requirements, Operational Requirements, Test & Evaluation, and Training.
• Recognized expert who has demonstrated industry and public service leadership in a "Relevant Technical Discipline".
• Experience with SAP ECC or S/4 HANA.

Bonus points if you have:

• Previous leadership positions with L6S, Business Process Reengineering, Organizational Change Management highly desired.

Security Clearance:

Active or interim Secret clearance required.

M-F, Onsite

Compensation and Benefits:

The projected compensation range for this position is $190,000 - $225,000. There are numerous factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the role, work location, education/certifications, and a contract's Labor Categories.
