Job Title: Epic Research Analyst Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time, Contract-to-hire Description: Our client, a hospital system on the East Coast, is seeking an Epic Research Certified Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a seasoned Epic professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about supporting research initiatives through Epic systems. Responsibilities: * Participate in daily team meetings to align on project goals and priorities. * Manage and execute enhancement request tickets related to Epic Research workflows. * Collaborate with research teams to support research plans and protocol builds within Epic. * Ensure system integrity and compliance with research regulations and standards. * Coordinate with outsourced team members who handle routine ticketing tasks. * Provide subject matter expertise on Epic Research functionality and best practices. Required Skills & Certifications: * Epic Certification in Research (must be current) * Strong experience with Epic build and configuration * Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Preferred Skills: * Familiarity with Beacon, Ambulatory, or Encore modules * Experience working in a healthcare or academic research environment Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $90.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
