OverviewThe Americas Sales Enablement & Operations (SE&O) team plays an essential role in translating Microsoft's Commercial Strategy into a local execution plan and driving operational excellence to achieve the greatest results possible. Our network of global Microsoft Innovation Hubs are premium customer-facing facilities built to help enterprise customers solve their business challenges through innovative cross-workload solutions. We accelerate our customers' AI transformation by capitalizing on the changing needs of our customers and the new business opportunities of tomorrow. We are looking to hire an Innovation Hub Partner Programs Manager who will partner closely with the Americas Microsoft Innovation Hub team to identify, scope, and curate partner solutions that drive AI transformation for our customers. Your scope will include the governance and integration of partner solutions, the management and scaling of the Innovation Hub Partner Program, and active thought leadership/contribution to Innovation Hub Organization Unit (OU) communities. To be successful, you will have the ability to work collaboratively and interface with internal stakeholders. You will also be building productive working relationships and accommodate the work styles and perspectives of diverse individuals. It will be important in this role to be able to take feedback and adapt to constantly changing environments, in addition to proactively sharing ideas that advance the business.
