We are seeking dedicated and safety-conscious Production Operators to join our high-performance team in Memphis, TN. This role is essential to our manufacturing operations and involves working in a fast-paced industrial environment to ensure the smooth and efficient production of our products. Key Responsibilities: Replenish ingredients, chemicals, and supplies as needed. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area. Operate and monitor production equipment and computerized control panels. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and 5S standards. Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to all safety protocols. Work rotating shifts and overtime as required. Participate in training programs and uphold IFF's Core Values. Accurately document and report operational data and incidents. Perform equipment adjustments, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Support production operations by dumping ingredients, sampling products, and conducting quality checks. Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards including HACCP, QA policies, sanitation, and pest control. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred. Ability to perform physical job duties and operate mobile equipment safely. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety. Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
