Benchmark Human Services is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to be the Clinical Director for our IDD Mobile Crisis Support Program.
Areas of service include: Milledgeville, Albany, Savannah, Marietta, Kathleen, Acworth, Gainesville, Woodstock, Rome, Canton, Cummings, Augusta, Douglas and Warner Robins, GA.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: The BCBA Clinical Director will provide direction and clinical supervision of the IDD Mobile Crisis Support program and overall behavioral supports to clients and staff. The BCBA will act as Clinical Director for mobile crisis team and crisis homes. i.e.
- Assist in managing the IDD Crisis program's quality, clinical, and staffing outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with GA Clinical Standards for operation of mobile crisis and intensive in-home crisis supports, and crisis support homes.
- Serve as the clinical supervisor for regional program, including coordination with contracted psychiatrists and other physicians, and state of GA officials.
- Assist Georgia Crisis Director and Assistant Crisis Director representing Benchmark with Georgia officials & local agencies.
- Ensure compliance with DD regulatory requirements and consistency of crisis assistance services
- Provide clinical support to Crisis Directors of program staff and serve as the leader in regard to crisis clinical issues.
- Develop and/or update curriculum materials used to train agency staff on crisis assistance issues.
- Collect and analyze and report crisis assistance quality data and outcome measurements.
- Must be willing to flex schedule accordingly to provide services, supports, care and treatment to individuals as required and be present to provide supervision to staff.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the implementation and clinical oversight of behavior programming for Crisis Homes and in-home Supports
- Provide training to Behavior Specialists regarding BSP implementation
- Develop, implement, and oversee a system of fidelity for behavioral interventions
- Provide on-site trouble shooting for crisis home experiencing exacerbating behavioral outbursts
- Develop behavioral guidelines for consistent practices across the Benchmark crisis system of care
- Develop appropriate behavioral policies and procedures
- Participate in agency compliance initiatives as they relate to crisis assistance services.
- Participate in audits, surveys, accreditation or other activities as required.
- All other duties as assigned by the State Director related to behavior management and support.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum:
- Licensed as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (REQUIRED)
- Five years of experience providing oversight in a behavioral setting
Preferred:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- Five years of experience working in a Crisis Setting serving individuals with IDD and or a co-occurring disability
- Five years of supervisory experience
