Position Overview:

The Social Media Compliance and Training Program Manager ensures employee adherence to corporate social media policies, protects brand reputation, and promotes professional digital conduct. This role will provide sales representatives and staff with training, oversight, and coaching on appropriate social media use while actively monitoring activity to identify and address non-compliant behavior.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, update, and enforce social media compliance policies and best practices.

  • Conduct regular audits of employee and representative social media activity to ensure alignment with company standards.

  • Provide direct coaching to employees who post content that may be inappropriate, unprofessional, or misaligned with brand values.

  • Create training and educational content on proper social media usage and brand representation.

  • Collaborate with HR, Compliance, PR, Legal, Marketing, and Sales Leadership to align policies and training with company objectives.

  • Monitor trends and emerging risks in digital behavior to proactively address potential issues.

  • Maintain a record of compliance issues, responses, and resolutions for internal tracking and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in social media management, compliance, employee training, project management, or communications.

  • Strong understanding of corporate branding, social media platforms, and digital conduct policies.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for coaching and feedback.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, HR, compliance, and legal teams.

  • Ability to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and discretion.

Preferred Skills:

  • Background in corporate communications, public relations, or brand protection.

  • Experience in a sales-driven or public-facing organization.

  • Familiarity with social media monitoring tools.
