The 5G Acceleration team is a mission-focused organization, working across the company to create, build, and deliver Private and Neutral Host Networks that will propel customer transformations. Our indirect business is growing rapidly so we are looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Sales Ops & Enablement to be responsible for the overall governance and operations of this increasingly important sales channel. You are a seasoned professional, renowned for your ability to manage complex indirect sales activities including tracking orders, billing and general support, and proactively identifying strategic opportunities for improvement and growth. You have a deep understanding of channel enablement and a proven track record of delivering in a high-impact, dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environment where you can build enduring strategic relationships, drive significant sales growth through innovative programs, and influence outcomes across senior-level teams. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours. The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $104,500.00 - $200,000.00. The annual salary range for the Colorado location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $115,000.00 - $200,000.00. The annual salary range for the Illinois location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $115,000.00 - $200,000.00. |
