Hours & Pay

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Daily Tasks & Responsibilities

• Accurately receive, inspect, and document all inbound shipments within 24 hours of arrival
• Record serial numbers and update inventory control systems (RF scanning, ERP)
• Stock small parts and assemblies to designated bin locations
• Support crossfunctional teams-Procurement, Production, QA, and Engineering-to resolve discrepancies
• Assemble kits and fulfill bills of material for customer orders
• Perform cycle counts and assist with shipping and warehouse functions as needed
• Operate forklifts and JLG lifts safely, adhering to all safety protocols

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse receiving experience, including small parts inventory
• Proven track record fulfilling bills of material, shipping orders, and kit assembly (3+ years)
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office and inventory/work order systems
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the shift
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams
• High school diploma or GED required
