Position Title: Packager Wage: $20.75/Hour Shift: 2nd Shift Hours: 2:45 PM - 12:45 AM (Monday - Thursday) Join a dynamic team at Client Company, a leader in probiotics, vitamins, and supplements, where you will play a key role in delivering high-quality health products to customers worldwide while advancing your skills and professional growth. Packager Responsibilities: - Ensuring machine is labeling and filling bottles of pills properly - Putting filled bottles in boxes, by hand - Watching the machine to ensure caps are placed on bottles properly - Visual inspection of product as it goes through on conveyor belt - Removing defective product off the line - Tape and label packages Palletize packages Requirements for Packager: - High School Diploma is required - Knowledge of GMP's preferred - Previous experience working in a food environment preferred - Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, policies, and procedures - Able to work well with various departments - Self-motivated while working with minimal supervision - Must be able to lift 30 - 40 pounds throughout the day - Push and pull up to 100 pounds, as needed, through the day - Work in a fast paced environment - Stand and walk up to 12 hours in a day - Must be able to reach to the other side of the conveyor belt - Must be able to work on a conveyor belt - Bending, twisting, reaching over your head and squatting up to 10 hours in a day QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
