About the team

Our Back Office Solutions team provides services that allow customers to realize increased operational efficiencies, improved speed to market, and improved customer satisfaction in a cost-effective manner. Our team completes support for all the tasks that need to be performed in the back-office to support loans.

What you will be doing

You will be providing administrative processes support for routine "back office" tasks such as client support processing, researching customer loan-related questions/problems, and performing miscellaneous customer and account maintenance as defined by client-specific procedures. Routine decision-making is tightly defined, with greater latitude at higher job levels, all the while focused on the efficient processing of high-volume transaction-oriented assignments.

  • Performs tasks to ensure compliance with workgroup and client-specific procedures to further guarantee adherence to service level agreements.

  • Performs customer and account maintenance per reports, client workflow solution, postal mail, or by direct instruction from immediate supervisor.

  • Directs all work requests from sources outside the department to immediate supervisor for consideration and approval.

  • May research and resolve internal and external customer-submitted and client-submitted account questions or problems outside normal daily procedures.

  • Assists in tracking, compiling, and completing reports as assigned.

  • Entry level

1st Shift. Monday- Friday 930am-5pm cst(Flexible on start time) To be discussed. On-site role

What you bring:

  • A high school diploma or GED required.

  • Strong PC skills with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

  • Excellent data entry, verbal and written communication, and customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction for internal and external clients.

  • Ability to work independently on problem tickets within the client problem ticket solution.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and carry out assignments that are sensitive in nature.

Added bonus if you have:

  • Knowledge of banking principles, operations, and processes

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $20.52 - $33.45 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
