Role location: Jacksonville, FL

Hybrid (three days in-office, two days virtual)

About the role:

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner Senior Manager to manage day-to-day People Office activities. This role supports Talent Planning, Organizational Health, and business strategies.

What you will be doing:

  • Talent Management:Oversee talent planning, acquisition, development, and retention strategies. Ensure effective succession planning and leadership development.

  • Organizational Health:Monitor and enhance organizational health through effective HR programs and initiatives. Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

  • Compliance and Risk Management:Ensure HR policies and practices comply with federal, state, and local laws. Mitigate HR-related risks.

  • HR Program Management:Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of HR programs and initiatives. Ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

  • Performance Management:Drive the performance management process. Ensure alignment with business goals and continuous improvement.

  • Change Management:Lead HR aspects of organizational change initiatives. Support leaders and employees through transitions.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 10 + years of HR experience.

  • Strong knowledge of HR administration practices and procedures and available resources for responding to employee questions.

  • Excellent understanding of EEO, FLSA and related employment/labor laws and regulations.

  • Leadership and strategic thinking skills.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR technologies.

  • Seasoned professional with experience in larger companies.

  • Experience in large transformational organization work.

Added bonus if you have:

  • PHR/SPHR certification

  • Experience in the Fintech or Financial Services industry
