About the Job

Work Arrangement:

  • The position is hybrid and expected to work on-site 50% of the time. Your work location will be at the Center for Magnetic Resonance Research. The exact schedule will be arranged with your manager.
  • The Department retains the right to modify flexible work arrangement agreements on a temporary or permanent basis for any reason at any time.

The CR3 Administrative Coordinator is a working professional who works both independently and in partnership with the CR3 Imaging Manager and research staff to provide study teams with requested Imaging support services. The position will implement workflows as well as document processes and procedures. The CR3 Administrative Coordinator will be the primary liaison between study teams and the Department of Radiology. This position will work on site at the Center for Magnetic Resonance Research/Center for Clinical Research Imaging.

  • 30% Responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintaining policies and procedures in the Center for Radiology Research Resources
    • Initiate and oversee project onboarding meetings with study teams
    • Oversee the intake/onboarding for all new CR3 study requests
    • Work with study teams to gather required documents and information to assess needs and our ability to support requests
    • Manage workflow processes related to intake, protocol review, and ongoing request completion
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all inquiries related to imaging support of studies external to Radiology
    • Oversee monthly invoice generation and budget updates
    • Collect, organize, analyze, and report data surrounding CR3 studies, including productivity and efficiency metrics, training logs, and financial goals
    • Design or update workflows and procedures and maintain process documentation
    • Provide back-up coverage for CR3 Tech for research read set-up and assignment, as needed
  • 50% Process image de-identification and transfer requests for study teams
    • Anonymize and export imaging scans for use by study teams
  • 20% Provide back up coverage for front desk duties
    • Answer phone calls
    • Greet guests
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • BA/BS plus at least 2 years of experience or a combination of related education and work experience to equal 6 years.
  • One year of experience working in a health care setting
  • Strong attention to detail to produce high level of accuracy in work
  • Experience comparing, verifying, and reconciling data to assess progress in meeting project or organization's objectives using Excel and/or data analytic skills as well as process tracking utilizing project management tools (i.e. SmartSheets)
  • Advanced proficiency in the use of specific technology, including but not limited to, Google Applications (mail, calendar, groups, docs, forms), Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat Pro, PowerPoint), and electronic health record systems
  • Ability to assist with multiple projects at the same time, prioritize work, and meet deadlines to manage work amidst changing priorities
  • Strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal experience, working across varying levels of an organization (i.e. leaders, colleagues, and customers)
  • Experience with and commitment to customer service
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a research setting
  • Experience working in imaging/radiology setting
  • Understanding of basic medical terminology
Pay and Benefits

Pay Range: $27.46 - 34.32/hr; depending on education/qualifications/experience

Time Appointment Category: 100% Appointment (If job description above does not specify appointment or expected weekly hours, assume a 100% appointment.)
