The Global Capabilities organization leads on transformational topics that cut across all service lines in EBS, topics include Strategy, Service Excellence, and Process Improvement. What You'll Do
In this role you will be responsible for leading a team of improvement analysts to ensure our core processes are documented in accordance with EBS global standards. You will work with Service Line Leads and Team managers to build a pipeline of process improvement initiatives which you will lead or support your team to deliver, driving efficiency, effectiveness and user experience through proven methodologies, such as ESOAR, Six Sigma, and Lean Thinking, etc. What You'll Need
