National Grid is hiring a Lead Program Manager for our Emergency Planning - Electric Department in Upstate New York. This hybrid role can be based in Albany, Buffalo or Syracuse. The Role
The Lead Program Manager will work across all areas of the business to develop and implement planning and response procedures for, and in response to, operational disruptions within the framework of company policy, national, and regional regulations and protocols. What You'll Do
* Translate US Emergency Planning policy into processes and procedures that drive greater quality and awareness for National Grid, ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards, and develop a culture of emergency preparedness About You
* Bachelor's degree preferred More Information Salary $121,000 - $142,000 a year This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills. Candidates will be assessed and provided offers against the minimum qualifications of this role and their individual experience.
