Position Summary:

The Senior E-commerce Analyst - Amazon plays a key role in building a strong partnership with Nestle Health Science's key retailers within Ecommerce. This role will lead the development of actionable insights around specific programs that deliver against our Ecommerce customer priorities. This position is also responsible for providing direct support to Omnichannel accounts leading the analysis and reporting of Ecommerce-specific metrics, demand planning, content management, supply chain and marketing directives throughout the internal organization for the assigned categories and e-retailers.

This position will be either a remote or hybrid role based on the selected candidate's geographic location. Preference will be given to applicants who live within a commutable distance of Bridgewater, New Jersey/Tri-State area, Chicago, Illinois, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida and/or within the Long Island, New York areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Customer Development/Ecommerce team and its directives by organizing and interpreting various retailer and third-party data sources related to key consumer, retailer, and industry data. Identify meaningful insights and lead the development/delivery and execution of recommendations within Amazon account
  • Own and optimize weekly Ecommerce reporting and support team with analysis and insights for regularly scheduled merchant meetings
  • Leverage data and established guidelines to deliver best-in-class merchandising recommendations at the e-retailer level
  • Analytical foundations - develop standardized category review templates to help drive actionable insights
  • Assess competitive market activity and provide analytics supporting strategic decisions and identifying risks/opportunities/white space to the NHS portfolio
  • Own content management and optimizations for key accounts
  • Produce advanced Consumer Data (Market Research, Retail Media Analysis, Digital Penetration Opportunities, etc.)
  • Assist with any research and lead projects to deliver solutions benefiting both the customer and category
  • Work with agency partner(s) and internal teams on forecasting while communicating changes that will impact the overall supply chain
  • Mentor and guide junior Analysts
  • Own/Create presentations for key internal and external meetings
  • Present necessary findings to internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactively identify business critical trends/issues and propose actionable solutions to the appropriate teams for resolution
  • Identify and create necessary analytical tools required to efficiently diagnose business performance
  • Travel up to 10%

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of Consumer-Packaged Goods experience, preferably FMCG
  • 3+ years of Ecommerce experience, preferably Amazon
  • Power BI experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (very strong Excel/PowerPoint), IRI, Customer and Syndicated Data
  • Understanding of Content/SEO
  • Retailer specific data knowledge (Amazon)
  • Experience working directly with account teams preferred

The approximate pay range for this position is $80,000- $100,000 base. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
